Welcome to the second part of this course! The first part was all about the sequences of slow motion movements, how we used them to warm up the body and start building up the expansion. And this is where we will go now.
On this 2nd Spirit Bird course, we will continue the sequence of movements fim that improvised dance on the popular Spirit bird video, breaking down each step , slowly , and maybe getting to feel some of the crazy amazing flow that it can generate after repeating a lot.
It’s good to remember that this course is not about the concepts, but the way we dance and the steps we do , are all consequence of diving deep on these concepts. So, get ready to sweat, practice, train and maybe understanding more about these concepts in your own body.

- To be familiar with head movements, spins and counterbalance
- If you didn’t take the Spirit Bird 1, we advice you to take it before this, you'll be able to add this when registering for Spirit Bird 2.
